The Task:
Team TT Willhaben was preparing for the start of the season in the prestigious League of Legends league Prime League. Our task was to organise a media day for the team with the preparation of photo and video materials, and in particular to prepare a professional team announcement video.
We were given the challenge to prepare professional and diverse material in the shortest possible time, bearing in mind the approaching deadline for the start of the season.

Understanding Esports:
Working with esports players requires a good knowledge of the industry and the nuances of communication in the esports community. Our long term experience and understanding of the needs of professional esports organisations allowed us to organise the preparations and the media day efficiently. In one day during the team’s bootcamp we managed to achieve all targets. We know that for a team that wants to devote as much time as possible to training, time is the most important thing. Therefore, we planned ahead and prepared a detailed plan of the media day separated by players and by content.
Mobile production studio:
Our service included script development for the team announcement and detailed guidance during the photo shoot. The media day was possible to be organised during the team’s bootcamp thanks to our mobile film and photo studio, that can take less than 2 hours to set up in any chosen location.
In addition to the professional photo shoot and team announcement video, we recorded a series of interviews with the players. Members of our team have been part of the League of Legends community for years. This allowed us to conduct interesting interviews that received a positive reaction from the players.
Outcome:
The result of the media day was a comprehensive package of media resources that included over 300 professional photos of the players, 2 versions of the video announcing the team roster, a package of GIFs with the players and 5 video interviews. This amount of material allows for a diversified publication schedule of interesting content on social media throughout the league season.
After submitting the materials, our work was highly appreciated by TT Willhaben, and the published materials received a positive response from fans.
